About Nick DiCosola

I have been in the construction business since I was eight years old, when my father began building homes. I know homebuilding from sweeping floors to overseeing every element of constructing multi-million dollar homes. I have overseen the construction of more than a hundred custom residential and commercial projects as both president of D.T. Construction Management and owner of Distinguished Dwellings.

One of my strongest differentiators is my background in healthcare and science. This has given me a unique ability to divide a project into individual components, diagnose and analyze problems, find efficient solutions and provide high-touch client service.
